JIT Consulting & Project Management is a small team of highly qualified professionals in the Planning, Environmental and Economic fields who came together to offer holistic solutions within the built environment and is 100% owned and managed by black professionals.

JIT Consulting & Project Management was established in 2016 with an intention of responding to the lack of effective, integrated sustainable strategies for strategic planning, developmental planning, management consulting, black executive recruitment, financial services and strategic outsourcing. The experience gained by the JIT Consulting & Project Management team over few years of its existence allow them to approach work with confidence and an acute understanding that even ‘small’ work is noble, has dignity and is unique – and thus demands attention to detail, competency and utmost dedication. Each project is unique and is treated as such. 
 

JIT Consulting & Project Management Services has the following major thrusts:
